GreatLeaf-এর GCCR, 30 Days Guided Home Start এবং PGNP digital / parent-guided service nature-এর কারণে payment, processing এবং delivery policy clear রাখা জরুরি।
- GCCR Payment
GCCR processing fee payment করার পর parent detailed child information form submit করবেন।
Detailed form submit হওয়ার পর GreatLeaf Team child information review করে report preparation শুরু করে।
- GCCR Refund Policy
GCCR report preparation শুরু হয়ে গেলে সাধারণত refund applicable নয়।
কারণ GCCR একটি child-specific written review service, যেখানে parent-provided information এনালাইজ করে customized PDF report তৈরি করা হয়।
তবে যদি payment হয়েছে কিন্তু detailed form submit করা হয়নি, অথবা report preparation শুরু হয়নি—তাহলে parent GreatLeaf support-এ যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। Situation অনুযায়ী refund / adjustment review করা যেতে পারে।
- 30 Days Guided Home Start / PGNP Billing
30 Days Guided Home Start বা PGNP-এর payment, access, support period এবং continuation terms service confirmation-এর সময় parentকে জানানো হবে।
Service access শুরু হওয়ার পর refund সাধারণত applicable নয়, কারণ guidance, resource access, group support বা service preparation শুরু হয়ে যায়।
- Duplicate Payment
যদি ভুল করে duplicate payment হয়, parent payment proof সহ GreatLeaf support-এ যোগাযোগ করবেন। যাচাই করে adjustment / refund process করা হবে।
- Payment Confirmation
Payment করার পর parentকে payment number / transaction details / last 4 digit form বা WhatsApp-এ দিতে হবে।
Payment verification complete হলে registration confirmed ধরা হবে।
- Processing Time
GCCR report সাধারণত ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ready হয়। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে child information review বা workload অনুযায়ী সামান্য সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে। GreatLeaf চেষ্টা করে report যেন তাড়াহুড়া না করে যথাযথভাবে তৈরি হয়।
